When you tune in to Cornerstone Online this weekend, you may notice this dapper dad in the countdown slides. Here’s the story behind the photo. Ray Carbone writes…

This is my dad, photographed in New York City where he grew up and worked all his life. This was before his wife and five kids took away all that beautiful hair! My dad was a first-generation Italian-American, a bright and funny man who loved music, food, and "The Flintstones." And he died the way many men would like to go: a heart attack felled him in an instant while he was on a golf course playing with his oldest friend.

He was a great guy. I love thinking about my dad. We weren't close for most of his life, but became closer the last few years. I'm still learning from him, remembering things he said to me many years ago.

Thank you for sharing, Ray.
